The ESC Presidium has decided to continue the Coach Development Program in 2018 and is inviting all ESC Member Federations to apply for grants. The conditions are the same as in 2016 and 2017.
In the year 2016 the ESC Presidium introduced a Coach Development Program for the Member Federations and six of them benefited from this support by sending coaches to the ISSF B and C Courses and by organizing a D Course. The ESC Presidium has decided to continue this project during 2017.
At the General Assembly of the European Shooting Confederation in Ljubljana, Slovenia 2015 the idea of introducing a Development Program for coaches was presented. The ESC Member Federations approved this new project, thanks to the income from the ESC participation at the European Games in Baku 2015. The program is a co-operation with the ISSF Training Academy.
